How it works
The NEXTdriver Toolbox consists of a driver application, a coaching portal and a management portal. Personal coaching is performed by one of your employees themselves, while NEXTdriver introduces your own coach on how to use the toolbox and is ready for technical questions.
Personalised Coaching
Drivers chat with coach via in-app chat feature.
Drivers feel heard by chatting with the coach about anything that affects driving behaviour. This can range from technical defects to workload to suggestions for better work processes.
Informative insights
Insight is a first step towards behavioural change. Drivers receive an explanation of the driving behaviour scores and can gain even more insight with statistics.
All driving behaviour scores from the on-board computer are visible. Where possible, we break this down into scores for long and short journeys.
Mutual competition
Looking at the scores every week takes a driver less than two minutes. The ranking (by group or location) makes it extra fun for many drivers.

By actively managing the performance of individual drivers and regularly discussing driving behaviour with them, performance improves and stays up to standard. This leads to consistently safer driving behaviour

Our Management Portal makes it easy to gain insight into the performance of the entire fleet. Your coach does the work and, as a manager, you want to see whether the presentations are at the right level or show a deviation in the trend.
In one overview screen, it is possible to see fuel consumption, CO2 emissions, staff engagement and driving performance. This gives management an instant picture of the effectiveness of driver coaching.
